U.S. Custom Duty Update (Effective August 29, 2025)

The U.S. government has announced new tariff measures on goods imported from India.

Key Changes:

• All personal packages from India to the U.S. will now be subject to customs duties, regardless of value.
• Tariffs on Indian textiles and apparel may increase from 25% to as high as 50%.
