Return & Refund Policy
Applicable for Domestic (India) and International Orders
Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.
- After 24 hours, cancellation requests are subject to approval by Riyaasat and, if approved, will be refunded or a credit note. (Subject to management approval)
- Orders cannot be cancelled once the product has entered the production stage.
- To request a cancellation, email customercare@riyaasat.in with your Order Number and Reason for Cancellation.
- If approved, a refund or credit note will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Return & Exchange Policy (India Only)
- Returns are only accepted in case of damage or manufacturing defects.
- You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the item by emailing customercare@riyaasat.in.
- Returned items must:
- Be shipped within 72 hours of delivery.
- Be in unused, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged condition.
- Include all original packaging (tags, boxes, hangers, dust bags, etc.).
- Ship the product to our designated warehouse and share the courier tracking details via email or WhatsApp.
- Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
- Return pickup service is available on request for an additional fee.
Exchanges
- Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- No additional cost for exchanges unless a different size or design is requested.
- Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for exchange.
- Free alterations can be arranged; however, shipping charges will apply.
- Accessories (jewellery, potlis, juttis) and sale items are non-exchangeable.
3. Refund Timelines
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded within 7–10 business days after product receipt and approval.
- Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunded within 35 days after the product is received at our store.
- Non-refundable items/services:
- COD fees
- Shipping fees
- Alteration/stitching/customization charges
- Payment gateway charges
International Orders
- We do not offer returns or exchanges on international shipments.
- If a product is damaged or defective, we may offer an exchange (subject to approval).
- Customers must bear the cost of restocking, import duties, and shipping.
- Refunds, if approved, will be issued as a credit note only.
- Restocking fees apply for approved international returns:
- USA: $50 + Import Duty
- Europe (except UK): €45 + Import Duty
- UK: £40 + Import Duty
5. Payment & Shipping Information
- We accept all major credit/debit cards via Razorpay — no account required.

6. Product Quality & Expectations
- All Riyaasat garments are crafted with high attention to detail.
- Slight color differences may occur due to professional photography lighting.
- Occasionally, production delays may happen due to design approvals or adjustments. These orders are non-cancellable once production starts.
7. Important Notes
Gift certificates, jewellery, potlis, juttis, and items bought on discount or sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange — unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.
