Shipping Within India

We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within India, with no minimum order value.

US Orders

For orders delivered to the United States, a shipping fee of $43 applies on orders below $395 USD.
Orders above $395 USD qualify for free shipping.

International Orders

For international orders outside the United States, shipping charges may vary depending on the country and delivery location.

Custom Duties, GST, and Other Taxes Within India

For customers shopping within India, all prices displayed on the Riyaasat website are inclusive of applicable Indian taxes, including GST. No extra tax charges will be added after the order is placed.

No Additional Tax Payment

Riyaasat or our delivery partners within India will never ask customers to pay any additional GST, VAT, custom duties, or other taxes directly at the time of delivery. However, in some special cases, we may ask the customer based on their location to return the product in interest of time and economical benefits.

Customs and Import Duties for International Orders

All international orders from Riyaasat are shipped from India to the shipping address provided by the customer. Orders are delivered through our trusted delivery partners, depending on the destination country and service availability.

Custom Duties and Import Taxes

Due to the nature of international shipping, some orders may attract additional customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges as per the rules of the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless clearly mentioned at the checkout.

Customer Responsibility

If any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges are applied by the destination country, the customer will be responsible for paying them directly.
Riyaasat is unable to predict the exact amount or timing of such charges, as they are decided by the local customs authorities.

Custom Clearance

Our delivery partners may assist with custom clearance and delivery to your doorstep. However, the shipment will be released for final delivery only after any applicable customs charges are cleared by the customer.

Payment Before Delivery

If customs charges are applied, payment may be required before delivery, usually when the shipment reaches the customs checkpoint in the destination country.
Once the duties or charges are settled, the shipment will be released and delivered to the final address.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is successfully placed on Riyaasat, an order confirmation message will appear on your screen along with your order number. You will also receive a confirmation email on the email address shared at the time of placing the order.

Your order number will be mentioned in the confirmation message and email. Please keep this number for any future order-related communication.

Order Processing Updates

If there is any issue while processing your order, the Riyaasat team will get in touch with you directly or notify you by email.

Made-to-Order Updates

For Made-to-Order products, you will receive regular email updates about the current stage of your product.

Order Shipment

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the courier partner's name and tracking or AWB number.

Tracking Your Order

You can use the tracking or AWB number on the courier partner's official website or app, if available, to track your shipment.

Order Delivery

The estimated delivery time for each product is mentioned on its product page upon clicking your size. This may vary depending on whether the product is Ready-to-Ship, Made-to-Order, or prepared through home production.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

We recommend checking the delivery timeline on the product page before placing your order. The estimated date shown is based on the product type, size selected, and current stock availability.

Ready-to-Ship Products

Ready-to-Ship products are usually dispatched faster, as they are available in stock and do not require additional production time.

Made-to-Order Products

Made-to-Order products are prepared after the order is placed. These pieces may require additional time for production, finishing, quality check, and dispatch.

Home Production Products

Some products may fall under home production, where additional time may be required depending on the style, detailing, and production process.

Size-Based Delivery Changes

Please note that the estimated delivery date may vary depending on the size selected. Certain sizes may fall under the Made-to-Order category based on availability.

Women's Made-to-Order Sizes

For women, sizes such as US 0, US 2, and US 14 onwards may usually fall under the Made-to-Order category.

Men's Made-to-Order Sizes

For men, size 36 and size 44 onwards may usually fall under the Made-to-Order category.

Stock Availability

The above size list is not fixed. Based on stock availability, other sizes may also be treated as Made-to-Order.

Remote Location Delivery

Delivery may take longer if the shipping address is in a remote location or an area that is difficult to reach.

Change in Shipping Address

If you notice an error in the shipping address added at checkout, or wish to change the address completely, please contact the Riyaasat customer support team as soon as possible.

Address change requests must be raised within 24 hours of order placement. Once the order has been dispatched, we will not be able to update the address or redirect the shipment.

Product Insurance

All Riyaasat products are insured from the time they leave our warehouse until they are delivered to the address provided by the customer.
Once the package is marked as delivered or signed for at the doorstep, the insurance coverage will no longer be applicable.

Damaged or Tampered Package

If the product arrives damaged, or if the packaging appears to be opened, damaged, or tampered with, please contact the Riyaasat customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Follow the steps while making unboxing video:

While making an unboxing video, show the parcel from 360 degrees before opening it as we should know that the parcel is already not opened.
Show the tracking number before opening the parcel.
Any issue or damage must be shown in the video then only we will entertain the unboxing video.
Please send the unboxing video within 24 hours of the product delivery.

Unclear or Incorrect Address

If the shipping address provided is unclear, incomplete, or incorrect, the package may be held at the courier partner's delivery hub or returned to the Riyaasat warehouse.

Important Note

Riyaasat will not be responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect or incomplete address details shared at the time of placing the order.

For Riyaasat orders above USD 395, standard shipping is free, while express shipping is chargeable depending on the order value and delivery location. For orders below USD 395, a standard shipping charge of USD 43 / INR 3995 will apply, and express shipping charges will be calculated based on the order value and selected shipping service.
