- We offer Free Shipping everywhere in India, with no minimum order value. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available within India for all orders. However, for values above ₹12,995/- our In-house Executive will call you to confirm the order. You can pay the book amount and receive order confirmation up to any amount.

- We provide Free Shipping on all orders above ₹35,000 (approximately $365.24 USD). For orders below this value, we charge a shipping fee of $46.96 USD.

Custom Charges:
Custom charges are free of cost from our end, however, the custom charges are subject to change as per your country’s current custom rules. In case the product incurs any custom duty cost, the customer will be liable to comply with their country’s custom rules and bear the cost.

Always ensure neither Riyaasat nor our delivery partners will ever request our NRI customers to pay for any additional duties or taxes directly.

Delivery Timelines:
Delivery timelines may differ based on the design selected, customization requirements, and the destination of shipment. An estimated delivery schedule will be communicated during order confirmation.

Kindly note that delays caused by courier services, transit issues, or customs procedures for international shipments may occasionally affect the final delivery date.

Order Shipment

Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you containing the name of the courier service along with your tracking/AWB number. You can enter this number on the courier partner’s official website or mobile app (if available) to monitor the status of your shipment.

Order Conditions

The expected delivery timeline for every product, be it Ready-to-Ship (RTS), Made-to-Order (MTO), or Home Production (HP) styles, is mentioned clearly on the respective product page. We request the customers to review the mentioned timelines before placing an order. Please be considerate of the fact that shipping to remote or less accessible locations may require additional transit time.

Kindly note that shipping dates estimates can also vary depending on size availability:

For women, usually the sizes XS, 2XL and 3XL onwards will fall under the MTO category depending upon the product range.

For men, usually the size 36 and then size 46 onwards will fall under the MTO category.

However, the above size list for MTO is not exclusive, and based on the stock availability, some other sizes might also be available under the MTO category.

International Shipping & Customs

For all international purchases, please note the following:

Product prices listed on our website do not include customs duties, import taxes, or any additional charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are determined by local customs authorities and must be paid by the customer upon arrival of the shipment.
Custom fees differ from country to country and may vary depending on the product category and applicable regulations.

For reference purposes only, certain countries or regions, including the United Kingdom, may charge import duties that can go up to approximately 40%. However, these rates are subject to change and are governed entirely by local customs policies.

Customs Clearance Process

Every international order from Riyaasat is shipped securely through DHL. Once your package arrives in the destination country, it is subject to local customs inspection and clearance procedures.

In certain cases, DHL may reach out to you for verification documents, additional shipment details, or payment of applicable customs duties and import taxes. Your order will move forward for final delivery only after the customs process has been completed successfully.

Unpaid Customs Duties & Taxes

If customs charges remain unpaid, local authorities or the courier partner may place the shipment on hold, send it back to origin, or handle it according to the regulations of the destination country.

Any additional expenses arising from such situations, including return shipping charges, storage fees, or handling costs, will need to be borne by the customer.

Where applicable, refunds will be initiated only after deducting all charges incurred during shipping, return transit, customs handling, or processing.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are automatically calculated during checkout based on factors such as delivery destination, package dimensions, and order value.

At select times, Riyaasat may extend special shipping offers or complimentary shipping benefits as part of ongoing promotions. Any such offers will be communicated directly on our website.

Returns & Exchanges

Orders declined at the time of delivery due to unpaid customs duties or import taxes will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Import duties, customs regulations, and taxation policies differ across countries and are governed entirely by the destination authorities. Riyaasat does not influence or control these charges.
