These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of riyaasat.in, including its webpages, features, services, digital platforms and any products offered through them collectively referred to as the "Platform". While you can browse certain sections of our platform without registering, our services and products require registration and are exclusively offered within India. Your personal data is primarily governed by Indian laws and stored in India, however, some of your personal data may be processed or stored in servers located outside of India to ensure efficient service delivery. 1. ELIGIBILITY

Riyaasat makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, sizes, colours, fabrics, embellishments, prices and images displayed on the Platform are accurate.

However, you acknowledge that:

Colours may appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting and device displays.
Handcrafted, hand-dyed, hand-embroidered and artisanal products may have minor variations.
Variations in embroidery, weave, placement, texture, colour or finish are not necessarily defects and may reflect the handcrafted nature of the product.
Product measurements may vary slightly due to the production process.
Accessories shown in photographs may be used for styling and may not be included unless expressly stated.
Product packaging may differ from images displayed on the Platform.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information or modify product details without prior notice.

4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability.

Adding a product to your cart, wishlist or saved items does not reserve the product. A product is reserved only after your order has been successfully placed, payment has been confirmed and the order has been accepted by Riyaasat.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may:

Offer a suitable alternative.
Provide an updated fulfilment timeline.
Cancel the affected product or order.
Issue a refund for the unavailable product.

Riyaasat will communicate the available resolution using the contact information provided with the order.

5. PRICING

All prices displayed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.

Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes, duties, shipping charges or other fees, as specified during checkout.

Riyaasat reserves the right to:

Correct pricing or typographical errors.
Withdraw offers or discounts.
Cancel an order placed at an incorrect price.

If an incorrect price is identified after you place an order, we may contact you to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel the affected order and issue an applicable refund.

Prices available online may differ from prices offered at physical Riyaasat stores, exhibitions, events or other sales channels.

6. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An order confirmation only acknowledges that we have received your order and does not constitute final acceptance.

An order is considered accepted when it is processed or dispatched, or when Riyaasat otherwise confirms its acceptance.

Riyaasat reserves the right to accept, reject, place on hold or cancel an order for reasons including:

Product unavailability.
Pricing or description errors.
Payment failure.
Incomplete or incorrect information.
Suspected fraud or unauthorised activity.
Unserviceable delivery location.
Quantity restrictions.

Where payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

7. PAYMENTS

Riyaasat does generally store complete debit cards, credit cards or banking credentials for future use only upon selection. Such information may be collected and processed directly by authorised payment service providers in accordance with their security practices and applicable laws.

Riyaasat is not responsible for payment failures, delays or unauthorised transactions caused by banks, payment gateways, card networks or third-party payment providers. However, we may reasonably assist you in resolving such concerns.

8. FRAUD PREVENTION AND VERIFICATION

To protect customers and prevent fraudulent activity, Riyaasat may request additional information or verification before accepting or dispatching an order.

This may include confirmation of:

Billing or shipping details.

Payment authorisation.
PAN, GST details or other legally required information for specific transactions.

Failure to provide requested verification may result in the order being delayed, restricted or cancelled.

9. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Riyaasat is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, courier disruptions, customs procedures or force majeure events.

Additional shipping charges, duties, customs fees or taxes may apply to certain orders and destinations. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these charges are the customer's responsibility.

10. MADE-TO-ORDER AND CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS

Certain Riyaasat products may be made to order, customised, altered, stitched or produced according to measurements or specifications provided by the customer.

You are responsible for providing accurate measurements and instructions.

Made-to-order, customised, stitched, altered or personalised products may not be eligible for cancellation, return or exchange unless:

The product received is materially different from the confirmed order.
The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
Otherwise required under applicable law.

Minor fitting differences caused by incorrect measurements, body changes, personal fit preferences or differences in measurement methods may not be treated as product defects.

Production and delivery timelines for customised products are estimates and may be extended where additional craftsmanship, material sourcing or customer confirmation is required.

11. CANCELLATIONS

Order cancellation requests are subject to the status of the order and the applicable product category.

Orders that have already been processed, customised, altered, packed or dispatched may not be eligible for cancellation.

Riyaasat reserves the right to cancel an order for reasons including unavailability, payment failure, pricing errors, verification concerns, delivery restrictions or suspected misuse.

Any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with the payment provider's processing timelines and Riyaasat's applicable cancellation policy.

12. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Return, exchange and refund eligibility depends on the product category, condition of the product, order type and policy applicable at the time of purchase.

To remain eligible, a returned product may be required to be:

Unused, unworn and unwashed.
Free from stains, fragrances, damage or alteration.
Returned with its original tags, packaging and accessories.
Accompanied by proof of purchase.
Reported and returned within the specified policy period.

Riyaasat may refuse a return or exchange where a product:

Has been worn, washed, damaged or altered.
Is missing original tags or packaging.
Has been customised, stitched or made to order.
Was purchased under a non-returnable promotion.
Does not satisfy the conditions stated in the applicable policy.

Products returned to Riyaasat may undergo a quality inspection before an exchange, refund or store credit is approved.

Approved refunds may be issued to the original payment method, as store credit or through another method communicated by Riyaasat.

Applicable only on selected coordinated couple collections.
Discount applies to the lower-priced product in the pair.

Promotional offers, sale prices, discount codes, vouchers, gifts and special benefits are subject to the specific terms communicated with the relevant offer.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

Offers cannot be combined.
Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
Offers are valid only during the communicated period.
Offers may apply only to selected products, categories, locations or customers.
Minimum purchase values and maximum discount limits may apply.
Products purchased during certain sales may not be eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
Promotional gifts are subject to availability.
Riyaasat may modify or withdraw an offer without prior notice.

Where expressly communicated as a final-sale purchase, all sale purchases shall be final and cannot be returned, exchanged or converted into store credit.

Alteration requests for sale products may be reviewed at Riyaasat's discretion. Approved alterations may be subject to additional charges and timelines.

The terms displayed with a particular promotion or sale will prevail over conflicting general provisions in these Terms & Conditions.

14. VOUCHERS AND STORE CREDIT

Vouchers, promotional credits and store credits:

Are valid only for the period communicated.
May be restricted to one-time use.
May be non-transferable.
Have no cash value.
Cannot be exchanged for cash.
May be subject to minimum purchase requirements.
May have a maximum discount or redemption value.
May exclude sale or selected merchandise.
May be redeemable only through specified channels or locations.

Expired, lost, deleted, damaged or unauthorised vouchers may not be replaced.

Riyaasat reserves the right to cancel or reject a voucher obtained or used through fraud, duplication, manipulation or misuse.

15. ALTERATIONS

Alteration services may be available for selected products and locations.

Alteration timelines and charges depend on the product, construction, required changes and availability of the alteration team.

Riyaasat does not guarantee that every alteration request can be completed. Certain structural, embroidered or customised garments may have alteration limitations.

Once a customer approves measurements, alteration instructions or the completed fit, further changes may be chargeable.

16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content available on the Platform, including but not limited to:

The Riyaasat name and logo.
Product names.
Photographs.
Videos.
Graphics.
Designs.
Artwork.
Layouts.
Text.
Product descriptions.
Website features.
Software.
Embroidery concepts.
Campaign material.
Trademarks and trade dress.

is owned by or licensed to Riyaasat and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access the Platform for personal and non-commercial use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, commercially exploit, scrape, download or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written permission from Riyaasat.

Unauthorised use of Riyaasat's intellectual property may result in legal action.

17. ACCEPTABLE USE

You must not use the Platform to:

Violate any applicable law.
Commit fraud or impersonate another person.
Upload harmful software or malicious code.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform.
Interfere with the Platform's performance or security.

Losses resulting from your use of third-party websites or services.

Government restrictions.
Labour disruptions.

Power outages.

Obligations affected by such an event may be suspended for the duration of the event.

31. TERMINATION

Riyaasat may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform where:

You breach these Terms & Conditions.
Fraudulent activity is suspected.
Your use creates security or legal risk.
Required by law or a competent authority.
The Platform or a feature is discontinued.

Provisions concerning intellectual property, liability, indemnity, privacy, governing law and dispute resolution will survive termination where applicable.

The parties may attempt to resolve disputes amicably before initiating formal legal proceedings.

34. SEVERABILITY

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Exchange Policy, Cancellation Policy and any offer-specific terms, constitute the agreement between you and Riyaasat regarding your use of the Platform and purchase of products.

Where offer-specific or product-specific terms conflict with these general terms, the more specific terms will apply to that offer or product.
